ADMINISTRATION & ORGANISATION.

The Administration & Organisation division is the so-called “heart and lungs” that keeps the company’s circulation flowing and helps all of us to be able to work smoothly without disruption.

This includes giving a friendly welcome to our employees and guests at reception, travel management duties as well as the provision of office equipment. This division is also responsible for legal matters, contract management and supervision of external service providers.

MY STORY

My name is Andrea and I’m the Office Manager. I’ve now been here at joblocal for two years and was head-hunted directly from my previous job by one of our Managing Directors.

MY EVERYDAY TASKS AT JOBLOCAL

In order to be an Office Manager, you need to be a “jack of all trades” and be able to think in an extremely networked way, alongside having a talent for organisation. If I had to explain to my daughter what my job involves, I'd say it's my job to make sure that everything runs smoothly and everyone has everything they need to do their work.

MY ABSOLUTE HIGHLIGHTS WORKING FOR JOBLOCAL

We have got a fantastically high level of team spirit here, something that provides great motivation on a personal level. One of my personal highlights is undoubtedly when we all sit down and eat the food we have made together and have the chance to enjoy some amusing conversation.

I wanted to be a paediatric nurse, I also learned my trade doing this and spent many years practising it as well. I’m currently also really happy with the job that I’m doing right now
